In brief

We process only the data needed to operate the site, secure accounts, courses, tests, progress, certificates, company management, support and purchases.

2. Data and purposes

• Technical logs for operation, abuse prevention and security.
• Name, email, company, language, access data, lessons, answers, scores and certificates to provide the service.
• Billing, order, licence and payment-status data. ZeroEdge does not store full card details.
• Information voluntarily submitted so that we can answer enquiries.

Swiss FADP applies; where GDPR applies, processing relies on contract, pre-contractual steps, legal duties, legitimate security interests or consent.

3. Retention

Training data for the account term and the period needed to evidence completion, accounting data as required by law, enquiries for up to 24 months after the last exchange, and security logs for limited periods.

4. Providers

Hosting and email providers, WordPress/WooCommerce, WooPayments with Stripe, Bunny Stream, and YouTube after your external-media choice.

5. International processing and security

We rely on applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards and use security measures proportionate to risk.

6. Rights

You may request access, correction, delivery, deletion, restriction or objection and withdraw consent. You may complain to the FDPIC or your competent authority.

7. Data received from companies and automated scoring

If you participate through your employer, we may receive your name, business email, language and organisational affiliation from the company. The company may view assignments, progress, passed tests and certificates for its staff. Quizzes are scored automatically to determine whether the training threshold has been met; this assessment has no legal or similarly significant effect.

8. Children and updates

The service is intended for people acting independently or within an organisation and is not directed at children. Changes to this notice are published with the version shown above.
